There are 2 types of resources in Animcraft at the moment. 

Character: a skeletal mesh without motion data on it.

Animation: animation data (sometimes with some polygon meshes) 

The animation and character resource directories need to be set before you continue using any other Animcraft features. These directories can be either a local hard drive or a local network. The real resources will be stored on it.

  1. Download the official sample and unzip it.
  2. Click menu item Settings > Local Path > Character, and browser it to the downloaded resource repository, and select the root folder and confirm.
